Kimberbell Confetti Table Topper:
A whimsical table topper to add to any Spring/Summer Decor, this quick project is as delightful to make as it is to see.
The design we used is available from Embroidery Library: here's the link. The smallest size will fit a 5x7 hoop, the middle size will fit 6x10, and the large will fit 8x12. The large is too big for the quilt block so please don't get that one.
