Intermediate Quilting: Drunkard’s Path & Curved Piecing
Ready to conquer curves? In this intermediate-level quilting class, students will learn the techniques needed to confidently piece smooth, accurate curves using the classic Drunkard’s Path block. We’ll focus on understanding curved templates, proper fabric preparation, pinning (or not pinning!), and sewing techniques that result in precise seams and beautifully matched curves.
Students will practice cutting and piecing Drunkard’s Path blocks while learning tips for pressing, trimming, and troubleshooting common curved-piecing challenges. By the end of class, you’ll have completed blocks and the skills needed to incorporate curved piecing into future quilts with confidence.

Prerequisites:
